The university runs multiple WordPress sites across two WordPress Multisites: blogs.salford.ac.uk (referred to as ‘blogs’) and hub.salford.ac.uk (referred to as ‘hub’). 

If you would like to get a hub or blog site, please submit a request via the Web Enquiries form (Service Desk Staff Portal). We will then get back to you to discuss your request.

Hub

hub.salford.ac.uk is primary a research and enterprise hub. The hub network of sites has been used to give official research centres, projects and groups an additional overflow web space in addition to a brief overview on the main corporate site.

Blogs

Blogs primarily contains blogs as well as all other sites, including sites that are specific to single events, recruitment activities, specific content presentation and sites that belong to different units of the university.
